Other Important Details to Note

To ensure a perfectly smooth stay, please be aware of the following:

• Construction Notice: To maintain ongoing property improvements, you may hear construction noise between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the suite or on the patio/verandas. A designated smoking area with a disposal unit is provided across the driveway.

• Laundry Access: The laundry area is shared with the occupant of the upstairs unit.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Your quote includes all cleaning and management fees—no hidden costs.
