1. Introduction
Welcome to Beachside Way. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings, payments, and stays at Beachside Way in Grenada. By confirming a reservation or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservations are confirmed only upon written confirmation from Beachside Way.
2.2 Payment is accepted via Wise transfer, PayPal, Canadian eTransfer, or cash on arrival, as communicated by Beachside Way at the time of booking.
2.3 Guests are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details and any applicable transfer fees.
2.4 All rates are quoted in USD and include taxes unless otherwise indicated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Guests may cancel a booking at any time by written notice via email or WhatsApp.
3.2 Standard Bookings:
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.
- A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is made 7-13 days before check-in.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or in the case of a no-show
3. 4 Peak Season (December 15 – April 15):
- Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
3.5 Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the booking, less any transfer or bank fees.
4. Check-In, Check-Out, and Conduct
4.1 Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival and must be observed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, neighbors, and property. Disorderly, unsafe, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
4.3 Smoking is not permitted inside the suites.
4.4 Pets are not permitted in the suites, and any presence of a pet on the property must be discussed prior to arrival.
5. Property Use and Responsibility
5.1 The guest named on the booking confirmation is responsible for all occupants and any damages to the property or its contents during the stay.
5.2 Beachside Way reserves the right to charge for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out.
5.3 Guests agree to use the property solely for personal, residential, vacation purposes. Commercial use or subletting is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 Beachside Way and its owners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage to persons or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
6.2 Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or cancellations.
6.3 Beachside Way shall not be held responsible for interruptions in utilities, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond its control.
7. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with a booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our rooms remain available for confirmed guests.
Standard Bookings:
- Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show.
Peak Season (December 15 – April 15):
- Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Date changes may be requested once, at least 14 days before check-in, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
